Theca’s ecosystem is ever evolving and improving as it is aligned to its values of transparency. We want to show every step of our journey and share every goal we have achieved. Blockchain technology is setting the base for changes in the literary industry, and Theca is part of this change, or better said, Theca is the change.
The new Wiki update regards especially Theca Tokenomics, as we defined distribution and circulation of THECA tokens.
THECA token Distribution
To ensure transparency and security, we specify that each distribution wallet has no more than 375 millions THECA.
THECA is a Token of the Solana blockchain and tokens are distributed over 6 main pools. These are Community, Team & Development, Founders, Private Sale, Rewards & Airdrop and Reserve.
Community (60% of Total Supply)
Theca is a community-centric project, that is why the biggest part of tokens’ allocation goes to the community.
The Community Treasury will have a gradual monthly release scheduled over a period of 4 years, starting on the Token Generation Event (TGE). Community distribution is unlocked, no cliff, 48 months vesting, total 6.000 Millions THECA.
Team & Development (10% of Total Supply)
Our Team allows us to make our vision come true.
In particular the 10% of the distribution is split between, 4% of Total Supply, owned by the Team and the 6% of Total Supply for Development.
Team Funds
The Team Treasury will have a gradual monthly vesting release over a period of 45 months. Distribution is locked at TGE, 3 months cliff, total 400 Millions THECA.
Development Funds
The Development Treasury will have a gradual monthly vesting release scheduled over a period of 45 months. Distribution is locked at TGE, 3 months cliff,
Founders (9% of Total Supply)
Founders distribution is locked at TGE, 6 months cliff. The Founders Treasury will have a gradual monthly vesting release.
Pre-Sale (10% of Total Supply)
Pre-Sale tokens can be retrieved through Theca Private or Public events. These are THECA tokens for Pre Sale. Pre Sale distribution is locked at TGE, 12 months cliff, total 1.000 Millions THECA. The Pre Sale will have a gradual monthly vesting release
For users who participate in the Pre-Sale a vesting contract will be released. The Tokens will be locked for 12 months and will have a gradual monthly vesting release every month, over a period of 6 months.
Rewards & Airdrop (6% of Total Supply)
Theca’s Airdrop campaign was successful and we are looking forward to replicating rewards initiatives.
Tokens reserved for Rewards & Airdrop are distributed in the following percentages:
AirDrop Funds (3% of Total Supply)
The AirDrop Funds Treasury begins at token distribution. Distribution is unlocked. No cliff, 48 months release, total 600 Millions THECA.
Reward Funds (3% of Total Supply)
The Reward Funds Treasury begins at token distribution. Distribution is unlocked. No cliff, 48 months release, total 600 Millions THECA
Reserve (5% of Total Supply)
THECA Reserve tokens are meant to be used to integrate specific pools just in case of need. Reserve distribution is locked at TGE, 24 months cliff, total 500 Millions THECA. The Reserve Treasury is reserved to a Multi-sign Board.
Please note: At the end of the distribution term (48 months from TGE), the remaining tokens will be burnt.
THECA token Circulation
As far as the Circulation, THECA tokens will be released over a 4-year period divided into trimesters.
